I really think Coco prefers both pretty equally but if she absolutellyyyyyyy had to chose I think she would chose people. Because she just knows that a tummy rub is on it's way and so are snacks and lots of kisses.
But she LOVES being around other dogs and basically any living, breathing, moving thing.
