I keep the heat in my house at 65 when Im not home. Sometimes I think that might be too chilly for my boys when its in the 20s outside. This morning my dexter was sitting on the living room floor and I had the slider open a bit while I was doing something outside and he was shaking sitting on the floor at least 10 ft away from the door!!! I do not walk them in the winter but I do let them try to go outside for 5 mins max in my boyfriends yard. I put sweatshirts on them, but its really their paws that get cold!
