she might need more than just a shirt and sweater. I put Layla in a jacket.

And unless it is raining ice- we go out for a walk! She'll get used to it- She might also want little booties on if her feet are cold- but every day we go to walk- Layla fights it.. lol.... i carry her part way and then put her down and she walks the rest of the way!
