Poor little girl....i glad she came out of surgery well....after i read you post I started looking for a customer service number or anything on the Kong website and it seems the only thing it will let you do is leave a comment. I couldnt find a number
I feel they should reimburse you on the vet bill....a brand new toy shouldnt break like that.
