 Constipation
I am not really sure if my puppy is constipated or not. He seems to strain a lot when he poops. He did have some random parasite that we got rid of during his second round of shots and I contributed the straining and loose stool to the parasite. The loose stool stopped days before I was done giving him the medicine from the vet.
He still seems to strain so much when he poops. He goes in a circle and strains for a minute and then he does it again and strains for a minute and a little comes out. He moves over a little bit and strains for a few more seconds for just a little bit more.
Is this normal?
He is on wellness puppy mix. He only has his bully sticks and a random treat here and there. |
