I have a 12lb oversized toy poodle (Parents were toys)... and she is so sweet. She is big enough that I don't have to watch out as much...and she knows to stay out of my way, since I'm a klutz. But she's too small so you have to be careful when carrying things, as not to drop anything on her. |
I thought Bichon and Westie are about the same size. I haven't consider the "terrier" part. I was also under the impression of Westie are good with other dogs. So you think Westie would be too much for a Yorkie?
A oversize toy poodle might be a great fit. Are they easy to train? They would be left alone (not together) around 4-5 hours at a time. Is Toy Poodle OK with that?
