I have used paypal for several years with no problems. I have bought many (way too many!)
items from almost as many sellers and I have never been charged incorrectly or had any unauthorized charges. The feedback scores for sellers is a really good guideline - and if there are any negative feedbacks, I usually look at the detail and see just what the negative feedback was for before I decide to bid.
