The hassle of doing laundry every couple of weeks is not appealing to me

I might try this reusable pads. However I still think my yorkie will just chew (although not in pieces) it away from the pee-ing place, resulting her to pee somewhere else.

Is putting a cone too cruel? at least for a little while during this "training"
