My little Hope (RIP 08/2008) was exactly the same. My Dad had gotten ill a few years ago [and died October 2007] , and if not for my little Hopey - well, let's just say she saw me through a lot and I thank God for the opportunity of having and loving her. I have a loving family, but she just gave a sincere look, love, cuddle at the perfect time.... She gave me my life slogan, "I always have a little "Hope" I saved her to come to a loving family - and she in turn saved me...

Not many people I know can relate with me when I speak of Hope. I think they think I'm nuts... That's what I love about this site - I can chat with people who are on MY PAGE .

We now have a little spit fire, Lily Grace. I SO LOVE her too - she's a 3 1/2 month old that my husband refers to as our "wild child" - and she is! I told Lily, "you have some awful big shoes to fill... {and Hope was all of 4 pounds}. But then I feel Lily, or God, saying, "But Mommy, I'll have my OWN shoes to fill!" And she's SOOO Right!!
