You might try corn meal baths. Corn Meal is very good to treat fungal infections of the skin. Its an all natural approach. My daughter's dermatologist told her about it.

Best to purchase all natural/organic corn meal. But the other will work. Soak your baby for at least 10 to 15 min. with the corn meal paste while in bathe water.

She could also have a grass allergy.
