I am going to order some clothes for Trixie from this website. But I'm not sure which size to pick. The sizing chart for the clothes is:

body length chest neck
XS 7.2 11-12.6 8.6-9.5
S 8.6 12.6-14.2 9.5-10.2

Trixie's sizes are: body length 9, chest 11,5 and neck 7"

So body length would be a S, but the rest would be XS.
Which size do you think would be best??? Is it better to go too big???
