My daughter wanted a pink ds lite so in trying to save money I went the Ebay way, received it fine and saved it for her for Halloween (a month later). Once she got to playing with it she noticed the microphone did not work correctly so I am off to shipping the thing this week to Nintendo for repairs....
The light baby pink is no longer available (unless you can find leftover stock) but they do have a new silver pink that is very pretty. If I could do it again I would buy that one from Best Buy or anywhere else I could purchase the extended warranty from just in case.
