I've brought Frankie to the mall, too. But I don't think people really noticed him since he was curled up most of the time.
Outdoor malls and shopping centers in affluent areas tend to be more welcoming to small dogs than other places.
Stroller!!!?? That sounds like a great idea! Where can you get one especially for dogs?
