Here is Louisiana -- its a very bad situation. I'm near to New Orleans and all of the lower part of Terrebonne Parish is under water. I haven't heard about Lafourche Parish yet but I'm expecting that to be bad as well.

I hate to see the damage to Cameron, La. They were expecting the tidal surge to extend as far as I-10. I haven't watched the New Orleans stations yet this morning . . . still watching local Houma news to see how bad it is here.

My husband's mother was evacuated to our house a few days ago. At 5:30 this morning, the water began rising where she lives in Chauvin and her house is now inundated with water.

The weather is still bad here. Its been bad since yesterday morning!

Hoping Villette will check in soon.

Villette is on here and I just PM her they have fine.
