Yes the shoes are the kicker (no pun intended) for milo too! As soon as I start putting shoes on he gets so excited. Then if he hears the keys he is really ready to go.

Yorkies have such human like personalities. I dont care what people say, they do have emotions.

I remember once my boyfriend and I were arguing and I went to the laundry room to have a good cry and Milo runs there, scratches on the door, I let him in and he hops in my lap gives me lots of kissess, then runs out and goes to the bedroom and does the same thing to my boyfriend, then runs back to me again.

Come on now, that is obvious emotion! Yorkies are sooooo great!
