I snuck Lucie into hotels that didn't allow pets and ones that did but I didn't want to pay the arm and leg for 1 night.
If you find a holiday inn or best western on the way, they usually allow pets if you want to pay for your baby.
Otherwise; for sneaking in just look for a back entrance to your room. I put Lucie in a cuddle cup blanket and didn't let her poke her head out so it looked like I was just carrying a blanket. We put the do not disturb sign on the door, and no one said anything to us...
