I am planning on getting Winston tatooed in a couple of months, and I've been doing some research on microchipping. I am leaning away from the chip because I am afraid that if he did happen to get lost (or stolen, God forbid), the chip might not be found. If he made his way to a vet or shelter, I would have to hope that they have the right scanner to read his chip.
Anyway, I have been checking into "backup security"
and wondered if anyone knows anything about the GPS dog collars on the market? Most that I have seen are quite big and expensive.
Any input?
