Did the stud dog do do what he came for? You did get breedings from him. Do you have a contract? I would pay her or give her a pup - it is not her dogs fault in what happened. Really the best is to do DNA of all the puppies born. You can't register puppies unless you know for SURE what puppy belongs to each male. AKC will pull your rights to register ANY dog/puppy when it comes to light later that they are not correctly registered. That is not something you would want!
