Oh, go to your local grocery store's frozen veggie section and you should find battered okra. Take it home and cook it in like 4 minutes, just be sure when you take it out to put it in a bowl or plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

We used to have Cracker Barrels but they closed down. We don't have Church's Chicken either. I have checked all the local frozen veggie depts. that are within reasonable driving distance and NO ONE carries it!!! NO ONE. Good grief. Can you believe it?

Darn, guess I'll have to go back to the Chinese restaurant.
