You should consult your vet about seeing a canine behaviorist. They are better schooled than trainers for dealing with canine behavioral problems. Just call your vet, explain that you have a problem with what looks like territorial agression, and need to consult a behaviorist. The behaviorist will then discuss the best way to approach your problem with you.
