when you have to get things away from her and she gets pissy try making a claw wiht your hand and push down on back of her neck until she is almost laying down- this mimics what her mom would do if she were very upset with her (But her mom would use her teeth) and she would have to submit. You can also try putting her on her back - this is what i do with Layla when she is being bad- it puts her in a submissive position and she usually gives up.
