Why don't you have a urinalysis done to check his urine on Tuesday when you take him into the vet if you're concerned about that? If he had protein in his urine, it would be a good idea to have his urine checked.
What makes you worried about your baby? Is he a picky eater? Does he drool? Exhibit odd behavior a few hours after meals? Have bad reactions to shots? etc?
