My TJ had this when he was a pup (13 weeks +)
It turned out to be IBD ~ He had an overgrowth of bacteria in his small intestines. We tried the Metro and it didn't help. We tried a one source protein dite (I picked Duck & Potato) and this sorta helped but not really. We did bloodwork and his folate levels very sky high, indicating the IBD and bacteria.
On another trial and error, the Vet suggested Tylan Powder. It work for some and not for others. It worked for TJ.

P.S. I do not miss those horrid noises....I thought TJ had a monster in his tummy, and then those glob of orange mucus poops
