Same kind of deal. Tico would run at the door and almost get squished all the time. So we taught him to stay. Everytime we opened the door, we knew he was going run at it. So before we went outside, we would make him back up and wait about 5 feet or so from the door. He quickly learned by doing that, that he had to wait in that spot, before rushing the door. |
