Thank you for all the responses! My baby is still getting a vet apt but I AM SO GLAD THAT IT STOPPED , he hasn't done the hacking since the last time I had posted it which was 9 p.m last night, he hasn't done it not even once so I am thinking he was either getting a bit irritated from the first time wearing the fleece or he had some string or something in his throat and had to get rid of it.. I can OFFICIALLY BREATHE lol...
