I give mine Pet Tabs (vet recommended)
Also-- they get calcium from yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, milk, etc... that they have for snack.
One of them is on Glucosomine chondroitin because she has a luxating patellar (which has improved enormously since last year, thank God).

I also want to add that i'm not a big fan of supplements. I don't think it is natural. I do it to make my vet happy. The only thing that I find useful is the Glucosomine...other than that--- they should be getting whatever they need "naturally".
Also want to add: I think that RAW is a good idea. I'm researching that now...however I do see great benefit of homecooked over kibble. Izze has become such a beautiful girl and she feels so much better now with her new diet.
