One of my girls all time favorite meals is made in the slow cooker.   
1. 2 pound pot roast cut up 
2. fresh carrots 
3. fresh green beans 
4. small yellow or new potatoes cut in half, leaving skin on 
5. 1 cup of V-8   
Put in slow cooker for 4 hours.  This feeds my three girls for 5 days   
Another paw licking recipe is:   
1. package chicken livers cooked and chopped 
2. 2 cups cooked old fashion oatmeal 
3. 1 cup plain yogurt 
4. 3 tablespoons honey   
Mix together and serve warm.        |
