 Mad about Frontline!
I have been splitting the small dose of Frontline between my 2 pups. One of the pups is fine with it and acts as if nothing has happened but my lil 3 lb pup goes absolutely mad. He screams & screetches and growls & gets himself all worked up...scraping his shoulders and such on the ground trying to get at the spot where the Frontline has been applied. He absolutely wears himself out til his tongue is hanging out from exhaustion. He will do this for about an hour. The first time I thought he was just being a crazy puppy but now I'm thinking that he may not react to it well and maybe his skin is super sensitive and it might be stinging him.
Has anyone else had this experience? Did you switch to another form of flea control that didn't irritate your pup? |
