If your dog likes eggs...why don't you try making a sweetpotato-zucchini omlette?
For my four (less for you):
I coat the pan with EVOO (lightly)
I put about 3/4 of a small Zucchini... and i cook on low until toasty brown (very good smell)
I add 3 eggs and about 3 heaping table spoons of baked sweet potato.
Sprinkle of flax seed
I mix it in the pan and let it set so it'll get a 'shape'.
Then flip.
Then once it looks done, I cut the pieces for my babies... sometimes I have extra which I'll save for snack.
