you need to have the xray asap and the other thing if not that is do a complete blood panel and do the add on for cpli and tli to rule out pancreatitis and if not that then could be inflammatory bowel disease as my yorkie has this and they cannot tolerate certain foods so it is a food intolerance and my dex cannot tolerate potato which are inflammatory so he would keep it down and when it would get backed up he would vomit his food.
