Maybe a silly question... but do you take him for walks to tire him out?
I find that Hiro behaves MUCH better when I've taken him for walks. With all that pent up energy it's possible that he's acting rotten because he needs exercise?
I'm a huge fan of
Exercise, Discipline and Affection.
