I don't have a Yorkie, but the one I might adopt I will talk about. I love his happy spirit, and how sweet he is. I love how he wants to learn and follows my directions. I love how he loves everyone and every dog. The one thing I wish he did more was cuddle (he does like to be held). Maybe it is because I don't know him that well, but he never seems to want to just sleep on my lap.
He is soooooo sweet though. He knows I will only pick him up if he sits calmly next to me. He knows he is not aloud on furniture unless I pick him up and put him there. He has been gone for two weeks since I was not going to adopt him, but they have lowered the adoption fee so I am having another trial (and caring for him until I or some one else adopts him because they don't have time). |
