I like to add to the above... neutered or not?
What was going on just before the bite?
Is it play bite gone wild or is it attack?
How long did he get outside or in play today?
How and where is he biting ? hand ,feet, in front or coming up behind?

One thing tug a war with rules is prefectly acceptable for aggressive dogs as it teaches self control and learning self contorl is very important for these guys.
