I would not worry and I would not force them on each other. Give each their own space until they prove to you that they want to share. This means crates, ex-pens, food dishes, water, toys, everything. Whenever you go to do something with/to your Yorkie's your oldest comes first. First to be fed, first to be loved, first to be played with. Try to include both in a fun game if you can. This takes time, let them determine how long. This is what I did with Gracie and Holly and now they are the best of friends.
