Did you suction his nose/throat?
Hold him in your hand and with his head down towards the floor and rub him vigoursly and see if you see anything coming out of his nose/
Do you have one of the bulb syringe things that you can suction him with?
Do it genlty and don't over do it.
Also make sure you keep him warm...
