Default New Babies, Need advice URGENT

So my momma delivered five pups in an hour and half!!! I thought she would have two, maybe three. But, I have a problem. The second born, a boy, has a funny back leg. It curves in and seems like it was not formed right. I called the vet and they said it could have got messed up in the birth canal, to just work with it and it could get better. But now I've noticed he has a really tough time breathing. He takes slow breathes and he doesn't breath very often and it seems like he is struggling to inhale. He isn't interested in nursing, or maybe he doesn't have the energy to. I waited for about a half hour and he still didn't nurse so I gave him a little milk replacement and returned him to mom. I don't know what to do. Could his leg really be something more like a birth defect, and could it have anything to do with his breathing? I'm afraid he's not going to make it and this is my first litter so I'm not well experienced. The other four are doing fine as of now. Please help
