Shivering can be a sign of pain and also of low blood sugar. What did your vet do for the bloody stools? If she did nothing I would see another vet.

At 13 Kati's appetite might be changing. Make sure she eats enough, give her treats or break her meals into several small meals each day instead of just one or two and that may help if it's low blood sugar. You might keep some Nutrical on hand in case you need it though. Also, free feeding, if you don't already, may be an option for her.
