I've used them. I don't use them on a regular basis, but they have come in helpful. After Bella's spay she had the e-collar and it was awful. We used the e-collar for 5 days, then I switched to a onsie-to avoid the licking. After she peed in the onsie, I bought a package of those diapers. She won't keep the diaper on by itself, but doesn't get a choice when she is in the onsie.

I do plan on using them again when we go to my mom's for Thanksgiving - especially on the plane ride.
