Ahhh Petsmart- I have a love/hate relationship with them. Love them because they gave me my grooming start and I worked there for little over a yr. Hate because some of their policies are foolish. Anyways, my suggestion would be this: to determine if you would like to use Petsmart-go and stand at the window on a Sat afternoon and watch the grooming. You will be able to figure out who is the best, most gentle groomer-someone you would trust. Thats how I got a good portion of my customers.
