I would go to another vet. Do you mean, when you say "erect", is his manhood outside of its sheath *all* the time? Bc this would be very dangerous. Also, a near-constant erect penis is dangerous for blood flow. I'd get him to someone else asap - this should not be happening. So sorry your going through this!
