Go for it Judy. If you know it fit into your lifestyle,and you have the room,then why not? I have a 12 year old Dashund,a 9 mo old yorkie,and a 9 week old Peekapoo,and 3 under 3 year old cats...ALL MALES, and they love and play together. Even though Pongo id old,the other ones keep him young. They seem to know when enough is enough. They let him rest when he needs to,or they will bark if he wonders too far, He also keeps an eye on the baby. Add to your family...the more he merrier!!!!! My teenagers do their own things,and I turn 40 in December,so maybe it is that midlife thing,but why not..I've earned it!!! My husband loves them also,he acts like the daddy of them all,and they listen to him so well.Keep me posted..Good Luck!!!
