Hahaha my baby does that ALL the time.
Especially if it's a new treat, but still with her regular food.
She takes a piece in her mouth, runs around with it, drops it, pushes it around, pounces and growls at it. Then when she feels it's okay (or maybe she thinks its finally dead LOL) she'll eat it. After that she eats the food normally.
She's so silly but I LOVE when she does this it's CUTE.
