The only way I've found so far is to edit video, then click Audio Swap. It gives you a list of music you can use for free. But be careful, it wipes out all previous audio on your video, so if you had any talking or other legal sounds, it will wipe them out too.
I'm going to hunt around and see if there's some free "legal" music sites anywhere. I'll let you know if I come up with anything.
