PMR stands for Prey Model Raw. Instead of purchase a pre-made ground raw food like the medallions, I feed regular old meat - the same stuff my family might eat. I just try to give them a variety of meat and bones and I alternate as well as feeding a little bit of liver or gizzards with most meals.
