Nature's Variety has a calculator which will tell you how many medallions. 3 or 4 would be my guess. I actually feed PMR so I feed them 2-3% of their body weight but once I knew about how much that looked like, now I just kinda eyeball it and if they look like they need to put on a little weight, I just increase it. It sounds scary at first but I found it was much easier than I thought it would be! Good luck!
