I dont understand it either???
My uncle walks his dogs like 8 times a day, and he always sees this yorkie just out and about....not on a leash or anything. Roaming the roads and other peoples yards and stuff! He lives on a fairly busy street, and its like the owners dont care. He took him home one day just to see how long it would take for the owners to realize he was gone. He ended up having him at his house for the whole day!!!!!!! No one came looking for him or anything!!!! My uncle is retired and dogs are his life now!!! So he looked out the window all day waiting for some one to come looking and nothing!!!!!! He was livid!!!! Finally he took all the doga for another walk, and the owners were out, and the yorkie went running back to them....My uncle had a few choice words ofr the owner! So now when he walks his dogs, the yorkie is at least on a tie that runs between 2 trees, but still.... the nerve of some people!!!
