I am getting my new puppy next week and I have all her supplies and am ready to spoil her!!
My question is that, I am getting her on the 21st and will be with her that day, Saturday and Sunday. I have to go to work Monday through Wednesday and then I have off Thanksgiving Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I work just a few blocks away from my home. So, what do I do with my new baby when I am not home? I do have a playpen and I do have a crate, but I am not sure what to keep her in. I can come home 1x during the day for an hour.
The breeder said I should leave out water and food for her, so she can eat when she is hungry, so wouldnt that make her have to go to the bathroom often? So, wouldnt she pee/poop in her crate if I left her there for all that time?
Should I leave her in the playpen with her food water, wee wee pads and toys during the day?
At night, should she stay in the playpen or shall I crate her?
I am not sure where to put her while I am not home and where to put her at night during her bedtime.
Any help would be appreciated!!
