I agreed, you can put the litter box where the cat can get to it and the dog cant. Also if you are letting your pup free around the house at 9 weeks, I think is too soon. I think is best if you keep Toby inside a close area like a pen, or a room with a baby gate. They also sell something you add to the food that make the poop taste nasty.
