yes, i think you CAN teach a dog too learn commands in two languages by doing the hand signal along with the commands (they learn hand signals faster than they can learn words)
BUT
why do you want your dog to know commands in two languages?
wouldn't it be faster for the humans to learn the commands in whatever language you decide to train the dog with?
