I wouldn't do it. She will probably be stressed and she's just recovering so if she has any complications she'd need you to get her help. I don't think that the next day is enough time to heal. I'd wait 3 days or so, at least.
Can you skip class or get a sitter? Last year when I had one of mine spayed, I skipped.
